Our Story

Meet Jordan Flake

Jordan Flake has been guiding clients through estate planning, trusts, and probate matters for nearly 20 years. Recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in Estate Planning & Probate—a prestigious honor awarded to only a select few—Jordan is known for his ability to listen, craft personalized plans, and provide clients with peace of mind during challenging times.

A graduate of the top-ranked University of Michigan Law School, Jordan started his legal career in Las Vegas in 2007. After founding several successful law firms, he launched Confidence Legal in 2019 to further his vision of providing excellent, client-focused legal service.

Outside the office, Jordan’s five children are the center of his world. Together, they enjoy sports, outdoor adventures, and movie nights.

Meet Troy Flake

Troy Flake is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented clients in high-stakes trials involving major corporations and the federal government. Known for his straightforward and strategic approach, Troy’s clients trust him to understand their goals and deliver results.

A 2008 honors graduate from the University of Michigan Law School, Troy’s distinguished career includes clerking for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and serving for over a decade as an Assistant U.S. Attorney. Before joining Confidence Legal, he worked as a Trial Attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission, specializing in federal litigation.

Troy’s family is his greatest passion. He and his wife, along with their four children, enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, hiking, and relaxing at the beach.

Brothers and Partners

Growing up on ranches in Montana and Utah, Jordan and Troy learned the value of hard work, integrity, and keeping their word. Outside of the courtroom, you’ll find them hiking, camping, and making sure neither takes himself too seriously.
